A Backyard Pool Done the Right Way

Paragon Pools is a family-owned fiberglass pool builder based in North Florida. Since 2005, we’ve installed hundreds of pools across 18+ counties.

We specialize in Latham fiberglass pools because they’re durable, smooth, and designed to last for decades with less maintenance than traditional concrete pools.

Here’s the thing. A pool should be something you enjoy, not something you constantly manage. Our job is to help you understand your options, walk you through the real costs, and build a pool that works for your home and your lifestyle.

Every backyard is different. Soil conditions, drainage, access, and layout all play a role in what makes sense for your project.
That’s why the first step is a simple consultation. We’ll talk about what you’re hoping to build, answer your questions, and give you a clear idea of the process and pricing. If fiberglass isn’t the right fit for your property, we’ll tell you that too.
Tell us a little about your project, and we’ll reach out to schedule your consultation.

Our Installation Process

1. Design Consultation
We start with a conversation about your backyard, how you plan to use the pool, and what features matter most to you. We’ll walk through pool shapes, sizes, equipment options, and layouts that fit your space. This is also where we answer questions and provide a realistic picture of costs and timeline.
Once the design is finalized, we handle the permitting process with your local municipality. Every county has slightly different requirements, and we make sure everything is in place before construction begins.
Next comes excavation. Our crew prepares the pool area and installs the engineered base that supports the fiberglass shell. Proper base preparation is critical to the long-term stability of the pool.
This is the part most homeowners love to see. Your fiberglass pool arrives and is carefully set into place using specialized equipment. Because the shell is prefabricated, installation is much faster than for traditional concrete pools.
Once the pool is set, we install the plumbing lines, filtration system, pump, and electrical connections. This is where the equipment that keeps your pool running efficiently comes together.
After plumbing and electrical work are complete, we backfill around the pool and begin installing the surrounding deck. This stage starts to bring the entire backyard space together.
Your pool is filled with water, the equipment is tested, and the system is calibrated. We make sure everything is running properly before the final walkthrough.
Before we wrap up the project, we will walk you through how everything works. We’ll show you how to operate the equipment, answer questions, and make sure you’re comfortable maintaining your new pool.
